Two Dogs Found Dead at Buffalo Home

November 22, 2004 BUFFALO, NEW YORK--The SPCA is investigating a disturbing case of animal cruelty. Officers say they found two dead dogs at a house on Pansy Place in Buffalo.
A dead puppy was found in a van and an adult dog was found dead in the driveway.
Investigators say another dog was found emaciated and chained to a drain pipe in the backyard.
The officer that found them said it was a disturbing sight.
The SPCA trying to find the dog's owners. Neighbors say someone does live in the house, but officers say the animals had to have been there at least a week.
